AC Milan’s Under-19s have reached the quarter-finals of the UEFA Youth League after a hard-fought victory over Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday. The young Rossoneri secured a 2-1 win in the second leg of their last-16 tie, having drawn the first leg 1-1 in Croatia.
Milan took the lead in the first half through a penalty from Tommaso Pobega. Dinamo Zagreb equalized in the second half, but Milan restored their lead just minutes later through a goal from Lorenzo Colombo.
Milan will now face Barcelona in the quarter-finals. The first leg will be played in Italy on March 13, with the second leg taking place in Spain on March 20.
