On Tuesday, AC Milan's Under-19 team continued their impressive start to the UEFA Youth League with a commanding 4-0 victory over Porto at the Centro Sportivo Vismara.
Lorenzo Colombo opened the scoring for Milan in the 20th minute, finishing calmly after some great work by Marko Lazetic. Lazetic himself doubled the lead just before half-time, heading home from a cross by Emil Roback.
The second half saw Milan continue to dominate, and they extended their lead through Roback in the 65th minute. The Swedish winger cut inside from the left and fired a low shot into the bottom corner.
Porto Prevail in Thriller
In the other Group B match, Porto edged out Atletico Madrid 3-2 in a thrilling encounter at the Estadio do Dragao.
Atletico took the lead through Sergio Camello in the 10th minute, but Porto equalized just before half-time through Fabio Silva.
The second half saw both teams trade blows, with Porto taking the lead through Rodrigo Conceicao in the 55th minute. Atletico leveled again through Carlos Isaac in the 70th minute, but Porto had the final say when Silva scored his second of the game in the 85th minute.
