Dortmund Cruise Past Sevilla, While Milan Edge Salzburg

Borussia Dortmund's Under-19s booked their place in the last 16 of the UEFA Youth League with a convincing 3-1 victory over Sevilla on Tuesday. Youssoufa Moukoko opened the scoring for Dortmund in the 15th minute, before Tom Rothe doubled their lead just before the half-hour mark. Although Sevilla pulled one back through Alexandro Bernal in the 55th minute, Dortmund sealed the win thanks to a late goal from Jamie Bynoe-Gittens.

In the other match of the day, AC Milan's Under-19s also progressed to the knockout stages with a hard-fought 1-0 win over Red Bull Salzburg. The only goal of the game came in the 75th minute, when Marko Lazetić converted a penalty.

Dortmund's Impressive Form Continues

Dortmund's victory over Sevilla was their fourth in a row in the Youth League, and they have now scored 13 goals in their last three matches. Moukoko has been in particularly impressive form, scoring five goals in his last three appearances.

The German side will now face either Manchester City or Club Brugge in the round of 16.

Milan Edge Salzburg In Close Contest

Milan's victory over Salzburg was a much closer affair, with both sides having chances to win the game. Salzburg had the better of the first half, but Milan improved after the break and deserved their victory.

The Italian side will now face either Chelsea or Barcelona in the round of 16.
