In a thrilling UEFA Youth League encounter, Borussia Dortmund's U-19 team and Celtic FC's U-19 squad played out a high-scoring 4-3 match at the Stadion Rote Erde in Dortmund, Germany.

Both teams showcased their attacking prowess, with Dortmund's Karim Adeyemi and Celtic's Ben Thomson each scoring a brace. Adeyemi opened the scoring for the hosts in the 15th minute, showcasing his pace and finishing ability. Celtic equalized through Thomson just seven minutes later, with the Scottish side displaying their resilience.

Adeyemi restored Dortmund's lead in the 35th minute, but Celtic once again found an equalizer through Thomson in the 43rd minute. The first half ended with the scores level at 2-2, setting the stage for an exciting second half.

Dortmund took the lead for the third time in the match through Julian Rijkhoff in the 55th minute. Celtic refused to give up, however, and Cameron Harper equalized for the visitors in the 75th minute.

With the match seemingly destined for a draw, Dortmund's Jamie Bynoe-Gittens popped up with the winning goal in the 89th minute. The English winger's strike sealed a hard-fought victory for the German club, who impressed with their attacking play throughout the match.

Celtic, despite the defeat, showed great character and determination to come back from behind on multiple occasions. The Scottish side's young talents, including Thomson and Harper, displayed their potential on the big stage.
