Youth League: Bayer Leverkusen in Semifinal

Bayer Leverkusen fought hard for the 3-2 away win against Sparta Prague and secured a place in the semi-finals of the UEFA Youth League.

Leverkusen initially had a hard time

Bayer Leverkusen initially had a hard time against Sparta Prague in the Youth League quarter-finals. The hosts took the lead in the 18th minute through Filip Soucek, but Leverkusen quickly equalised through Nadiem Amiri in the 23rd minute.

Prague regained the lead in the 29th minute through Ladislav Krejci, but again Leverkusen responded quickly, this time through Jan Boller in the 34th minute.

The winner was scored by Amiri in the 64th minute. Leverkusen will now face either Manchester City or Barcelona in the semi-finals.
