Miami Hurricanes' Henry Parrish

After a career night, Miami Hurricanes' Henry Parrish has been nominated for the South Florida High School Sports Player of the Week honor.

Parrish rushed for a career-high 208 yards and two touchdowns on 19 carries in the Hurricanes' 45-31 win over the North Carolina Tar Heels.

The sophomore running back also caught two passes for 34 yards.

Florida Gators' Anthony Richardson

Florida Gators quarterback Anthony Richardson accounted for four touchdowns and led the Gators to a 38-33 victory over the South Carolina Gamecocks.

Richardson ran for two touchdowns and threw for two more, including the game-winning 28-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Justin Shorter with 1:35 remaining.

The sophomore quarterback finished the game 15-of-27 passing for 246 yards and two touchdowns.

Florida State Seminoles' Jared Verse

After a big performance against the Louisville Cardinals, Florida State Seminoles' Jared Verse is up for the South Florida High School Sports Player of the Week.

Verse recorded three sacks, five tackles for loss and two quarterback hurries in the Seminoles' 35-31 win over the Cardinals.

The sophomore defensive end now has 6.5 sacks on the season, which is tied for the most in the ACC.
