U19, Youth League, match scheduled on Tuesday at Nyon
The Nerazzurri will face their Portuguese peers in the final on Monday: an unprecedented result for the Primavera Nerazzurri which are aiming to win the title after the 1963 Viareggio Cup

The Under-19 team will challenge Benfica in the UEFA Youth League Final, scheduled for Monday 25 April at 3 pm, at the Colovray Stadium in Nyon, Switzerland. It will be an unprecedented match for the Primavera Nerazzurri which has never reached this stage of the competition.
The last time the Nerazzurri youth team reached a youth final was in 1963 when they won the Viareggio Cup. This time the opponent will be Benfica, the Portuguese team that eliminated Barcelona in the semi-final and is looking for its first title in the competition.
The match will be played on neutral ground and the Nerazzurri will try to give their best to bring the trophy home. The team has been preparing for this match for months and is confident of being able to win.
The Primavera Nerazzurri is led by coach Cristian Chivu who has been able to create a winning group. The team has won the Italian championship and is now aiming for the UEFA Youth League title.
